Disappointed with Fresh&Co's new online ordering system which automatically adds a 20% tip. Tipping should be discretionary, not imposed. Odd for a grab-and-go service to assume a 20% tip. Be aware and adjust accordingly before you check out. Not cool, Fresh&Co.
Had the most delicious lunch today. Everything is so fresh.

My daughter enjoyed as well and wants to hurry back for the smashed avocado toast and an açaí bowl.
I brought a hot plate home for dinner, the salmon was superb (brought in fresh!)

I have had several problems when ordering though app. My local fresh & co messes up the order, or when I get there to pick up tell me that “oh, sorry but we don’t have what you ordered…” And they are rude about it too, “oh just pick something else…” Mind you, I tropically pre order giving them over 2 hours notice… I have emailed the company and they never bothered to even rely to me..
