Fukurou is an amazing little Japanese spot with great tasting Sake, appetizers, and sushi! Everything here was well made and prepared beautifully. You can taste the quality of their food. The service is excellent as well! Open during Covid for outdoor drinking, dining, and small groups of four. Would recommend it if you're in the neighborhood and craving fried chicken, sushi, and sake.

One of the best meals I've had in NYC. Perhaps not the coolest or flashiest, but certainly one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to. Low key with a simple food menu and a great sake list. Will for sure return

Love it. The atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful. The staff is friendly and informative. They will answer any questions you have about the menu. The food is a Tapas type of style and is great for trying a little bit of everything. Very kool spot and on for the books.
