Went opening day. Loved the Mango Green Tea. This was my very first time and all employees were patient, knowledgeable and happy. Looks like a fun place to work as well. Had a great conversation with Vinh the Franchise Development Manager . Vinh took the time to explain about the cold teas and all the Ingredients that go into each tea. Pavilion bukit jalil Gong cha branch - self put the take 30 mins break paper at the cashier machine and already asked the staff mention gotta to wait for the break cooling period. Okay fine and i was craving for the magical mint new product and also just tell me out of stock and NOPE. Please if there is any product out of stock just find a way to indicate it instead of just need the customer to wait.
