As a European visiting this French inspired restaurant I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I know that everything has to move fast in Manhattan but sometimes its better to take things slow, especially for a restaurant that wants to be of a higher standard. The starters were brought out a little to fast after the appetizer but so far no comment. What got me a bit annoyed is that right after the starters i wanted to digest a bit and enjoy my glass of wine but about 5 to 10min...
