Support a social enterprise when having your morning coffee! GrandLo is not just a regular neighborhood café. It's a vocational training program for Grand St. Settlement House and each time you patronize the café your money is going towards supporting this awesome program!

This cafe is a non profit that employs young adults! This place provides job training and social service support for the community . The cafe is extremely welcoming, and the coffee was tasty too!

Staff are very kind and helpful. I asked for vegan drink and treat options. They guided me right away for a delicious almond milk latte and brownies. You guys are the best! Thank you very much!

Super fun place...great concept to help younger folks who "need a step up"....super friendly staff and my latte was the subject of an impromptu class on how to make lattes...I was happy to help with their learning and it tastes great!

This one havs many seats and space if you feel a little bit sick of crowded small cafe, this one will make you satisfied. It is operated by non-profit organization, which means their price is resonable and they have happy hour around 4, so you should check it out!

I hidden place on the Lower East Side great date spot to where you have the option to have coffee or a nice lite meal. The place is pretty spacious, and the prices are not that bad for that area, very quiet with staff that are nice and quick. The decorations of the place are nice and cute, has a lot of good pictures. I order the avocado toast with is avocado mash with cayenne pepper, chia seeds, salt, and pepper on two slices of any kind of bread that you select. To my surprise, the toast was pretty much loaded of avocado the taste was very good, I also order a cappuccino which was had a nice decoration. Overall this coffee shop is a great place to come have a nice coffee, spend time with your laptop have a nice lite meal or have a good romantic date.

spacious, affordable, and quiet coffee shop with great iced coffee - only $2.74. they have an assortment of healthy lunch options and baked goods - the only thing they’re missing is gluten-free/vegan baked goods.

spacious, affordable, and quiet coffee shop with great iced coffee - only $2.74. they have an assortment of healthy lunch options and baked goods - the only thing they're missing is gluten-free/vegan baked goods. this cafe is pretty spacious, with comfortable ample seating options (including couches). a great place to come and get some work done. friendly employees and typical acoustic coffee shop tunes playing. the iced coffee is great, not too bitter and super cheap compared to nearby cafes. they don't have matcha, and non-dairy milk costs .75 extra.

The staff are super friendly. I love the concept and will continue to support the cafe. Although sometime the trainees didn’t get the order right but they try really hard and polite. In general a feel good environment. Come support this social enterprise.

Usually the coffee is great, I love It. this time my mocha was like watery hot chocolate with no coffee. I actually threw it out. I will wait till I see the other people to make it. I was very disappointed
