Niche offers an omakase by reservation only. It is a bit different from what you would expect from an establishment that is mainly known for ramen. This is an omakase course with about a dozen small dishes, and not all are with ramen. There is even fried dishes, and bolognese! Nakamura hand makes everything from start to finish. I enjoy the noodles here because they don't try to overpower you with flavor so I feel it's perfect in terms of flavor. The only thing negative is it is somewhat expensive and they give you very little noodles and meat. The place is also small so more an eat and go place especially during busy hours. I would drop by if I want a quick bite but just not the ambiance I wud want to hang out for a long time.
