Someone who’s from Texas and been here for work it’s really hard to find some true southern flare and this place answers the calling when it comes to that and glad that I’d gotten to make the trip over here to try it out. Also will most definitely will be back again.

The Harlem Biscuit Company is a neighborhood favorite, known for its delicious biscuits and flavorful fried chicken. Customers often praise the friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and tasty menu items like the Bodega and strawberry lemonade. The restaurant offers a variety of biscuit sandwiches, including the popular Langston and ACP. The presentation of the food is always impressive, and the staff ensures every guest feels at home, whether it's their first or tenth visit. The warm and inviting interior is decorated with small paintings and quotes of black luminaries, and there is a cozy front patio on a quiet street, as well as a seating area in the back. The restaurant is perfect for dining in, and a full bar serves alcohol. It is wheelchair accessible, and street parking is available.
Ordering online is easy, and the staff is accommodating regarding dietary restrictions. While menu items can occasionally sell out, the food remains consistently good, with large portions that satisfy guests. Customers have described the food as "slamming," with many enjoying dishes like the salmon, egg, and cheese in an everything biscuit, and the Fredrick on a sweet buttermilk biscuit. The Malcolm X $16 chicken thigh sandwich, made to order with the right amount of spice and moist, flaky biscuits, is also a popular choice.
Overall, the Harlem Biscuit Company is celebrated as a great find in the neighborhood, especially for its biscuits and fried chicken. Many plan to return, often mentioning the Langston Hughs biscuit as a favorite, though others suggest trying different items. Despite occasional busy times, the service remains great, and the cozy ambiance makes it a perfect spot to enjoy a hearty breakfast or brunch.
