You know that their zhong zi are fresh when they're stuffing them right at the store front!! However, the pineapple bun was one of the worst I've had-- dry and bland. Their chinese egg tart on the other hand was pretty decent.
My summer goal is to find some of the best chinatown gems that non-chinese might not know about.Stopped in the morning and picked up a pork bun that was packed more full then I’ve had elsewhere with pork and onions stewed in its own juices. Very good, be aware its on the fatty side, but hey thats where flavor comes from.Pork pun rating: 4/5 stars
