First time that I tried this place. I really like the Korean beer and the spicy seafood noodle that I had for lunch but felt like the presentation could be better… would need to try more to give it more than 4*.
Really wanted some Korean-Chinese food, so make a long trek here. Definite disappointment and will probably not be ciming again any time soon. Ordered Tangsuyuk and Jjajangmyeon, which were mediocre at best. Tangsuyuk meat had definitely not been frued ftesh, but reheated from an earlier batch during the day. Instead of allowing the customer to choose whether to pour the sweet sauce on the meat, the sayce was already poured on the meat, which made the whole dish gunky and overly-saucy....
I’ve been consistently ordering from here for years and it’s very good. It’s true that around 6-7 years ago(?) the jjajang sauce was a bit bland. But when I tried it again ~4 years ago something had changed and it improved so much. Jjajang is on point, jjamppong is really good, tang su yuk is also very good, the pepper garlic shrimp is also fabulous. Many pieces of giant prawns.
