I am so upset here. I came in here, late at night and excited to eat cookies. I ordered a 6 pack of cookies and an ice cream sandwich for $40. When I got to my car the lady threw all of the cookies on top of eachother, each breaking while I picked it up. Then, I realized there was only 4 cookies. I sent my boyfriend back in with the receipt since I spent a lot of money and she her response was “ha, I know you ate the two cookies” with a nasty face. IS SHE KIDDING? I didn’t spend $40 for nothing. Why would I eat the cookies and want free ones when I’m willing to pay for them? She’s tries to tell my boyfriend that we definitely ate them. She ended up throwing them in the box and he walked out. This was 1:50am on 3/24, a female employee. This is upsetting and ridiculous and I wish I could have my money back. I will be reaching out to higher people in this company because it’s not right.

I ordered from Uber eats. Insomnia deals with a third part delivery service. When the order took long enough Uber directed my call to the store where an employee so rudely answered my call. He mock me (yes, they way a child would) kept referring me to as sweat heart or love. The guy was so disrespectful, arrogant and yelling. Seems to be angry for some reason. Spoke to a friend of mines about the situation and she tells me that she went through the same situation. Its always best to walk away from these situation but its a shame cause the cookies are good.

I visited this shop on Tuesday 20th feb 2024 at 11am. The guy behind the till was rude and was not helpful. He also sneezed into his gloves and thought putting hand gel on the glove was enough. He has a nasty attitude and was saying things under his breathe. He should be dismissed, bad representative of the company. It was my first experience going to Insomnia shop and I will not return.

I love that this place is opened so late, I have not been to one of these places in a while, I feel as though the cookies got smaller. They are still good I love the fact that they are so warm when you pick the up!!!
I wanted to try all the flavors so I bought a 12 pack box and ordered 1 of each. My top favorites were red velvet, snickerdoodle, sugar, chocolate mint and the peanut butter. They were warm and soft, which is the best. The service was nice, he had patience with me since it was my first time trying Insomnia cookies.

I love their cookies. Made my man stop as I haven't had them in years, and they are only located in my hometown. My fav cookie is smores and salted caramel. I got him the vegan/gluten chocolate chip.

So overrated! It’s one thing to try to get away with charging $3-4 for a cookie that at least tastes good, but these cookies don’t even taste good. And they are small. Don’t waste your time and money!
