Ordered cookies remotely and picked up. At the counter they tried to convince us we ordered only 2, while we ordered 3. Then they realized it was all in the order but they just missed it. Ended up getting classic cookie instead of deluxe one that we ordered at the end. The service was awful!

Went for cookies just now at 9:00 pm June 27 for the first time on a friend's recommendation. The person who served us was rude, disrespectful and had no manners on how to speak. We chose the flavors for cookies, and he served us the ice cream. When I told him that I wanted to try cookies, not the ice cream, he informed us that we had already paid for it. On another note the ice-cream was melted as well. Needs to learn how to talk to a customer.

April 3, 2024 at 5:20pm I saw why when I order via grubhub my order is always messed up. Every time I order mini cookies I get a bunch of large cookies crumbled up into smaller piece, god knows if the person crumbles it up without gloves. Today, I came to the store in person. The clerk was extremely rude. Then when I asked for mini cookies for me and my family, she replied with an attitude “those I would have to do on the spot and it takes a long time” I said. That’s ok I’ll wait. With an attitude clerk turned around. Bothered because I asked for something that needed to be made on the spot. In conclusion, now I see why I get a crumbled mess inside of the box when I place an order of mini cookies for delivery.

This little shop offers an assortment of cookies, brownies, and a dozen ice cream flavors. The staff is friendly and the service is great. You get a discount for paying cash. There is no sitting, so you'll have to resist the temptation to eat until you find a place to sit down, or you could eat standing up outside. All items are baked on premise and hand assembled.
