This is a terrible service. Waiting on a product that was never delivered. It was returned with no explanation. Paul Steketee is terrible and a con artist. Charged TWICE and still haven’t got my product. Magically now the site is down. Requested refund multiple times and still have yet to get it. Report this business as much as you can and get his business revoked. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

This is a scam. That took my money TWICE and I never got my order! I got a notification that it was coming with a date and even got bogus email interactions. Now when I try to go to the site it acts as if it doesn’t exist.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!

While I love the concept of having cocktails delivered to my home monthly, the liquor they advertise on their website is not the liquor you get in your order. I expected premium liquor, as described, but got rot gut vodka instead. I placed an order in October that wasn't received until TODAY....and on top of that, what was supposed to be included in my order (a shaker and jigger) was missing with no explanation. Needless to say....I'm better off going to BevMo or Total Wine every month in order to get the premium liquor I want.

This is the worse service I've every seen! I only recieved 1 of the boxes but has been charged for 4. Was told that a refund would be issued but as of now nothing has been received. I'm contacting the BBB and making a complaint. Because you don't play with ppls money or time like that.

At first, I had a great experience with his company, but then in October, I was double charged. I spoke to a representative, and they were supposed to send me a new box for November, but I didn’t get the new box that will send me a new box in December didn’t get a new box. I’ve tried to contact them, and nobody’s answering my emails. Nobody’s answering from the little chat service. So pretty much they don’t keep their word, so be careful.

Less than 1 star. Ordered in Dec 2022 and it now's Feb 2023, never received refund as promised and no one returns emails or calls. This is a scam service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It is impossible to get a response from them. I was missing a box that I waited forever for and was charged for, they said they would reship it within 1-2 days and it's been weeks with no response. I have now filed a dispute with my bank. If I could give this business a negative 10, I definitely would.
