Dining at Marc's pop up, Marc 179 was an incredible experience. The food was simple but delicious, the service and ambience were awesome and it felt intimate which is hard to find in NYC. Can't wait to go back!
The food was delicious! Highlights from the menu were: rosemary and parmesan polenta and thyme roasted mushrooms, chocolate gelato with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil His crew was attentive Marc Murphy himself was humble and kind. Truly cultivated the evening for us The entire experience was worth it!

Refined simplicity is the best description of Chef Marc Murphy's food at Marc 179. When speaking with him after dinner, he said his goal is to take simple classic ingredients and elevating them and that's exactly what he did. Simply amazing.
