I went there for a drink and encountered THE ABSOLUTE NASTIEST BARTENDER (or just over-all 'person', in general) I have ever met. Ironically, my neighbors asked "Was that 'Travis"? YES! They'd had the same, terrible experience with this bartender. Why he still has a job, I'll never know. 'Hospitality' is totally THE WRONG PROFESSION for this man. I suppose this is the only skill he has; making really gross drinks? AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you enjoy HOSTILE STAFF and being humiliated, as a paying customer. I've worked in this field for most of my adult life. Just shocking to be treated so poorly. Especially as I'm just overcoming cancer, and my self esteem not too great to begin with. Whatta Guy! More suited to disgruntled prison guard.

Great food, great vibe, great service...until....a sweaty guy in a tank top walked in (clearly just from working out) and sat down to eat. Killed the vibe. The entire room was staring and it clearly bothered everyone. It instantly went from clubby, upscale feeling with warm decor to...well...a sweaty guy with hairy armpits and acne on his back. You cannot call it an ode to old school steakhouses and have a guy in a tank top. Institute a "no tank top" rule and I will be back...otherwise, I can grab a burger and eat on the subway.

Great food (amazing chocolate babka French toast), nice efficient service--sat outside on a lovely day--BUT! They charge you twice if you ask for more coffee at brunch! That's insane. The nice waiter took the charge off for us, but COME ON, REALLY? A $5.50 refill?

We had a nice dinner with good food and excellent service. But something was wrong with the air conditioner and it was way too hot in the restaurant, which spoiled our meal. I will try again on a chilly evening, but I’m guessing it was above 80 degrees inside the restaurant.

Get the duck meatloaf- best thing I’ve ever had.

We had a delicious meal here on Sunday night. Catherine took great care of us. Notebly, we reluctantly ordered the Octopus appetizer special and it was great! Good job all around.

This was one of the Resy's I waited for the most during my NY trip and boy it didn’t dissapoint! The ambiance is relaxed and perfect for a date or a quiet dinner. We ordered a delicious off menu octopus to start and then we shared the brick chicken and the fusilli. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The brick chicken is something out of this world. To top it all, Katherine's service was spectacular. She guided us through the menu and she was always caring and attentive. I can't stress enough about how good this place is!

I don’t typically do reviews. But… I felt compelled after this meal. I took my management team for an appreciation dinner. And now they appreciate me for this meal. Outstanding service and food. Several of us had the Duck Meatloaf based on reviews and it was fantastic. Colleagues had the Teriyaki Salmon and the Rigatoni Bolognese. They were over the top happy and I sneaked a taste. Again, wonderful. Quiet atmosphere so we could talk would some soft music in background. Love it here.

First visit. Lovely room and excellent service for brunch. Brunch entrees are reasonably priced. We enjoyed our meal, the pancakes with blueberry syrup and the eggs Benedict were good. We shared the donuts for dessert, did not seem freshly made, but they came with a tasty coffee anglaise.

One thing I didn’t care for, however, was that there is a 3% surcharge added to the check which is meant to cover inflation of ingredients, wages, etc. This is removable upon request and we did request that it be removed. We didn’t look that carefully, but it is disclosed in small print at the very bottom of the menu. Our waitress very graciously removed the charge. The menu says that they have added this charge rather than increasing the prices on the menu, which I don’t really understand. It is just a sneaky way of raising prices.

Food and drinks were fine. However, the service was quite poor. Among different things, a fly got into my beer and the waitress asked me if I wanted another one ??‍♀️-- I guess she assumed I would enjoy the fly (?)

Great food, absolutely delicious! We got the steak frites and the clams casino and the bolognese. It was all SO delicious! Highly reccomend their food. The atmosphere was also very fancy and had a great positive vibe to it. The servers and hostesses were all very polite and friendly. It was a little confusing at first because we didn’t know who our sever was and then also confusing at the end too because we had a different server at the end of the meal.

Came in after hearing a lot and had the most insulting server, after giving her dietary restrictions she began discussing pasta and said it’s fine we’re not a fan of pasta and she got angry saying tell me dietary restrictions so I don’t waste her time btw this is a restaurant that had a lot of availability, later asked her about the sauce in the steak tartare and she began telling me about the veggies in it I asked again about the sauce and got a “I already told you”, I left this is not a way to talk to anybody who you expect to pay you, absolute joke never spend money here its not cheap and NY has so many good places
