Decided to try this lovely Michelin Omakase restaurant out tucked away in the West Village. I had the chef's tasting menu and sake pairing. Everything was prepared by the chef in front of us. The ambiance was minimalistic with soft lighting! Food was a 10/10! Highly recommend. Perfect spot for date night.

Had a great counter-space omakase experience at Kosaka. The interior was dark and cozy, with a good blend of modern and traditional aesthetics. Service was wonderful and everyone was attentive and kind. The ingredients and fish were super fresh, with the toro, scallop, and uni being standouts. The seared salmon was a surprise hit; super soft and buttery, but with a strong smoky aroma.
