Pie Crust Bites
When we started producing our famous Pie Crust Cookies in large quantities we were left with a dilemma: What should we do with all the scraps of leftover pie crust?! While searching for ways to repurpose them Janie was struck by a memory of her Granny's kitchen. Inspired by Janie's quest to get the perfectly proportioned bite of pie, she invented a cookie where each bite promises the perfect balance. Each bite delivers a flaky crust, a heavenly layer of filling, and buttery caramelized streusel. This cookie has won Janie all sorts of awards, made her a Food Network Chopped Sweets Champion, and given her a purpose in life!

One of our most asked about cookies, and a perfect treat to kick off Summer!!

Holy moly these cookies are dangerous.

We passed by a few times and never felt we wanted to come in but today we were craving cookies and Jane's was nearby.

So glad we did because it may be my top favorite cookie in the city now.

I got a caramel chocolate chip and a Nutella chocolate chip because they looked the thickest and most sinful.

They are both 12/10šŸ˜»šŸ˜»šŸ˜»šŸ˜»

Love the pie cookie idea! Unfortunately after more than a bite or two of each flavor, I realized that these are too sweet for me to eat much. :/ Peach cobbler or blackberry peach might be my favorite right now otherwise.

Super delicious cookies, Iā€™d highly recommend stopping here.

We shared a half baked chocolate chip cookie and a triple berry pie crust cookie - both were really tasty and at a good price too.

Very happy that we stumbled upon this little business that started from very humble beginnings. We were only in New York for the day but Iā€™d seriously recommend stopping here for a sweet treat!
