Pie Crust Bites
When we started producing our famous Pie Crust Cookies in large quantities we were left with a dilemma: What should we do with all the scraps of leftover pie crust?! While searching for ways to repurpose them Janie was struck by a memory of her Granny's kitchen. Granny Conly would carefully trim her pie then re-roll the trimmings, make a mixture of sugar, melted butter and a good dose of cinnamon, slather it on the pie crust, roll, cut and bake.To honorJanies Gran we bring you pie crust bites

Inspired by Janie's quest to get the perfectly proportioned bite of pie, she invented a cookie where each bite promises the perfect balance. Each bite delivers a flaky crust, a heavenly layer of filling, and buttery caramelized streusel. This cookie has won Janie all sorts of awards, made her a Food Network Chopped Sweets Champion, and given her a purpose in life!

Got the half baked chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious!

Also enjoyed the apple pie crust cookie. love the play on a pie & cookie (base of the cookie is crust), buttt I'll be coming back for a dozen of the half baked next time :D ~$3 per cookie deliciousness.

Also saw the founder's story right by the door & found it very inspiring.

One of my fav places that I have to stop at in the city. Chocolate chip cookies are to die for but what’s even better is the cookie crossant that I was just told is now only sold on the weekends ?
