Went out on a walking venture in our PJ's more or less after we had to leave our hotel room for some maintenance and stopped by this restaurant on the way back to our room at lunch time.....we felt rather out of place in this classy Chinese style restaurant, but our server was very kind and attentive and the food was terrific! I ordered pan fried noodles and veggies and my husband got crispy beef and rice! YUM!!!
My first impression of the place was cozy and clean. The food was OUTSTANDING. We ordered chef’s specials: double sautéed fresh bacon and spicy stewed fish, recommended by the staff there. The fish dish smelled so good the minute the waiter put it on the table and it tasted to perfection, very flavorful, not salty, a little spicy, and it just melted in my mouth. Wonderful authentic Chinese restaurant on the East side of midtown Manhattan. The atmosphere and staff were wonderful. My future wife and her children loved it. The food was exceptional. Great place to eat, and their prices are great as well.
