Nougatine by Jean-Georges offers a memorable dining experience in a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. The restaurant's ambiance is energetic but not too loud, creating a comfortable environment for guests. The service is consistently attentive and friendly, with staff providing excellent recommendations and accommodating unexpected delays. Customers appreciate the pacing of the meal, which allows for a relaxed experience, with each course presented elegantly. The warm, delicious bread is a highlight, alongside flavorful appetizers such as the kale salad, calamari, and warm shrimp salad. Guests also enjoy the inventive food menu, featuring dishes like foie gras, watermelon salad, sea bass, and the burger (rare), all known for their simple yet unexpected flavors. The roast chicken is stellar, and the sides, including corn and pommes puree, are delicious. The restaurant's quiet, well-lit space and cozy small tables add to its charm, making it a perfect spot to unwind in the heart of the city. The good wine list, offering some bottles at moderate prices, and desserts, especially the passion fruit soufflé, are highly praised, completing an overall unforgettable dining experience.
