You cannot go wrong going to Joe’s. Incredible dumplings, apps, noodles, and more. Been there SEVERAL times and without fail, a positive experience every single time no matter what size party.

We came here to try the soup dumplings! They did not disappoint - we got the pork and they were phenomenal. Though, a little bit of a learning curve on how to eat them! We also got numerous other apps - most were great, however the texture in the veggie dumplings was not for us. The cold noodles, scallion pancakes, and spring rolls, we enjoyed! Service was quick and efficient and the prices were great!

I have a dumpling tattoo, so trust me when I say this is a must if you’re in the area. I ordered some non-dumpling items because it was my first post-flight meal. The General Tso chicken was my favorite but honestly I would just go all dumplings next time.
I’m pretty sure I tried every one and I can’t remember not liking any of them.

Joe’s Tower 49 was such a memorable meal and easily one of the highlights of my recent trip to NYC. I had never had a soup dumpling before, so I was excited but honestly had no idea what I was doing. Not only were the dumplings utterly delicious, but our server was kind enough to walk my friend and me through the proper way to eat them, which made the whole experience even better.
The soup dumplings were incredible. Delicate, flavorful, steaming hot, and so satisfying. That first bite was a perfect little moment: rich broth, tender wrapper, and delicious filling all together. It felt special without being fussy, and the server’s guidance made it fun instead of intimidating. I loved that they took the time to help us enjoy the dish the right way.
Great food is one thing, but great food paired with warm, helpful service is what makes a restaurant stand out. Joe’s Tower 49 delivered both. I left completely happy and already wishing I could go back for another order of soup dumplings. Highly recommend, especially if you are trying them for the first time.

Dining here was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The food was prepared with care, and you could taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy a long meal without feeling rushed. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and always available when needed. Had chicken soup dumplings which is highly recommended... dumplings with soup inside and other spicy chicken mix with rice was delicious, great experience
So good, we went twice in one day! Soup dumplings are very good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our daughter is coeliac and they were extremely knowledgeable on this and had many great options for her. A huge recommend.

Ok, I got soup dumplings, store bought, disgusting, so than j had them changed for normal dumplings and brought home, guess. What. Store bought NO SAUCE horrid
