This is my go-to place for Pho and other Thai dishes that are vegan. It is clean, the food is healthy and the service is very friendly. Also has reasonable prices.

Disappointed. I'm getting over a bad case of food poisoning and ordered the shrimp summer rolls as I thought they'd be light enough in my stomach, but substantial enough after several days of not being able to eat. I placed my order via phone. Took the subway to pick up the food. Get home and find out that half of the roll is bean sprouts, which I do not like and have never even had in this dish before (pho, yes, but summer rolls??). I reread the description and there is no mention of bean sprouts and no option to indicate that the customer does not want them. A few would be okay, but half rice noodles and half bean sprouts without any mention of them in an ingredient list is disappointing. There was an option to opt out of some of the other main components of the dish (cilantro, etc), but no mention at all of bean sprouts.
The staff was friendly when I picked up the order, but I'm disappointed that I rallied my energy to go pick something up that is different than how it is described on the menu. Perhaps cost cutting, but again, as a paying customer I'd like to know what is in the food I'm paying for in advance in case it's something I cannot/do not eat.

The veggie pho was excellent and the portion was bigger than I expected. The veggie spring rolls were delicious too! The waitstaff really shined here: extremely attentive and all smiles. I truly enjoyed sitting down for a meal with my close friend. A boisterous family with toddlers later came in and knocked down some decor while the children screamed. The waitstaff, again, handled it professionally. Besides that it was wonderful. Will be back again for the veggie pho!

Take out so atmosphere doesn't count. I didn't have the pho; I had the lemongrass chicken. Not my favorite style of chicken, somewhat rubbery texture but good taste. Since pho is the specialty and I didn't have it, I have no reason to apply the same food rating to that. Also, at the risk of inauthenticity, I wish vermicelli option included serving hot. Rice is ok, though.

The Bun Bo Hue broth is good, they also have the spices available on your table so you can add more to you liking.
If you have two person, trust me, just order short rib pho and share it, it’s crazy
