Excellent evening out - sat at the chefs’ counter and enjoyed the tasting menu. The menu featured a variety of Korean - French fusion with ingredients also sourced from Japan. Everything was seasonal and scrumptious. High end cuisine through and through.
Decor could be slightly dressed up but will return. Food quality worth a return trip.

I wasted time by not coming sooner. Staff members demonstrate warmth instead of coldness. Their dishes reveal their standards without explanation. The bill stays reasonable while the plates satisfy. We're making this a regular spot.
