Absolutely bad, the grills are very dirty, they heat the product on top Even if there is no order, you are kept waiting for a long time.

The döner was not authentic compared to the Döner in Germany. Yoghurt sauce good, beef meat meat not authentic, Veggies were correct. Over all I'd call it a beef sandwich with veggies but not a Döner.

I travel to Germany twice a year on my way to Asia and have had the highest recommended doner kebabs there and Kotti Berliner blows them away believe it or not. In fact I wasn't impressed by the doner kebabs I've had in Munchen and Berlin and am always confused why they are so highly regarded there. Kotti Berliner's doner kebabs are very fresh and delicious. The bread is extremely crunchy yet soft on the inside. You can just tell it is very fresh, in Germany I didn't have any bread that was as good and crunchy as Kotti's and I was in Germany the capital of bread for crying out loud!. Loved the white sauce, veggies and flavor of the kebab as well. Excellent lunch choice, very delicious.

I waited for my bowl and given this is in a food hall, expect the surroundings to be loud. After 8 or so minutes I walked up to ask if a bowl left at the front, was mine. She responds to the effect of 'Yeh, I called you ages ago'.
It boggles my mind why someone can be so unnecessarily cruel and abrasive to a customer. No apology for letting my food sit there and get cold, yet when I questioned why she didn't repeat my name (like a normal person), her equally arrogant supervisor interjects, essentially pointing me towards the exit, with a 'thank you .. bye'. He also lied when taking my order... there was no bread on the side bro.
It takes effort to be mean, it doesn't take effort to be nice.

$1.50 for a side of white sauce and I get this? Are you kidding me?? The food is great but seriously. Why are you even charging if it’s less than halfway full. Do your job correctly.
