A little slice of chocolate heaven
This place truly has high quality chocolate and chocolate products ...the best iced or hot chocolate I have had. But I really do wish they would bring up the standard for customer service. The rude and cold customer service is so unnecessary, takes away from the experience. I hope the owners pay attention and invest in training the staff at this location.

A lovely shop with a beautiful interior and welcoming staff
The hot chocolate more than lived up to the reputation. I had milk chocolate with oatmilk, delicious!

They make an amazing hot or cold chocolate that is thick, dark, and full of flavor. The place doesn't have many tables for sitting inside, but it's well worth it.

Small, quaint location with delicious chocolates. The chocolate chip cookie was a moist and chewy loaded with chocolate chips. Reasonably priced at $5 . Seating is minimal (one bench with a table), so plan to take your food to go or hang out on Prince St.

Excellent chocolates but more so are the cakes. And for a person that doesn’t like cake they are fabulous! Pricey but worth it.

I was lured into the store by a sign on the street that says they have the world's best iced hot chocolate. I went in to try it out. I got the iced hot dark chocolate. The drink was a let down. It tasted like diluted hot chocolate on the top, and it was solidifying on the bottom. I asked for a straw to stir the drink. A barista curtly told me no. I do not plan to be back.

The chocolate chip cookie is so good! You can tell there is a lot of love that went into these cookies. Not sure exactly what the recipe is, but it seems they use different types of chocolates in the cookie thay give it the next level taste and feel. Pro tip would be to find a way to warm it up because the store is cold so the cookie is cold. Either way it is so good but warming it up would definitely elevate the cookie to a whole new tier of greatness.

I know it’s expensive but if you can look past it you’ll find some of the best hot chocolate in NYC here. Consistently delicious to the last drop — highly recommended!

Really good hot chocolate (and I’m really particular about the quality of my chocolate) - it is rich, tasty and totally worth the price. Staff are so kind, too. (Mix milk and dark hot chocolate for the perfect richness!)The specialty chocolates are pretty incredible as well. The chocolate bars for sale are very very meh, taste like they’ve been on the shelves for too long.(My only reason for 3 stars on atmosphere is lack of seating).
