Amazing!
Memorable meal! Went with a larger group so ordered almost everything on the menu. Every dish was really good, a few were truly incredible (the chicken was up there with the best I've ever had). Good vibes & service. Spacious. With drinks expect $200 person, but we were all stuffed. Highly recommend!

Principe offers a great dining experience with a warm welcome and a varied menu. The seafood dishes like tuna crudo, scallops, and shrimp pasta are standout choices. The chicken, branzino, and duck are also praised, and the desserts are decadent and delicious. The restaurant features a beautiful space with chandeliers that add elegance. The service is attentive and friendly, making guests feel comfortable. Recently, Principe has become easier to book, and the top floor provides a bright, spacious atmosphere. The restaurant spans two floors, creating a nice environment for diners. The raw bar with oysters, prawns, scallops, and crab is popular, especially during happy hour from Monday to Saturday, 4-6 or 6:30 PM, offering $1 oysters and $3 prawns, scallops, and crab. Cocktails and glasses of wine, like Prosecco, are also highly recommended. The pasta dishes, including caviar pasta and rock shrimp pasta, are perfectly cooked and highly praised. The olive-crusted branzino was well done and balanced, despite initial worries about the olive crust. The lobster/mussels dish and duck are good, but not remarkable. The bread is delicious, and additional orders are available for a small charge. Overall, it is a great place for dinner or happy hour, with good vibes, excellent food, and a beautiful setting.
