Although I went in shortly after 2 on a weekday, there was still quite a bit of a line but I didn't have to wait very long before ordering at the counter. The burrata pizza was delicious and rich in both the feeling and texture. Adding the spicy oil to the pizza made it taste even better. Overall, it's worth waiting in line for some great pizza but I recommend going during quieter hours when the lines aren't as long. It's a must visit while visiting NYC or even if you live nearby.

Tried the burrata slice and it was really tasty, rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Easily my favorite here and a must try if you visit. Be ready to wait for a minimum of 30 minutes
The pizza is actually delicious. Not too pricey either. But it’s a zoo inside. Very crowded and somewhat chaotic.

The pizza was absolutely outstanding some of the best I have ever had. The menu leans on classics in which they were elevated with impressive flavor perfect balance and quality ingredients. The food is fantastic but what truly sets this place apart is the service warm attentive and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.
I highly recommend this restaurant for both great food and exceptional service. I also want to offer a special shout out to the staff who provided water and called an ambulance when I fainted. I am also deeply grateful to the off duty police officer who stepped in and helped in the moment.

First of all, I want to thank the restaurant manager and staff.
My girlfriend and I were having dinner at L’Industrie and enjoying our pizza when she suddenly fainted due to low blood pressure. The manager immediately stepped in, brought water and drinks, and quickly called an ambulance to make sure she received proper medical attention.
Their kindness, calmness, and professionalism during a stressful situation meant a lot to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for their help.
On top of that, the pizza was outstanding, easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Great food, but even more importantly, great people. Thank you again for taking such good care of us.

L’industrie Pizza is the best pizza in NYC. My advice: try all the other famous pizza places before coming here. Once you've had a slice from L’industrie, it's hard not to be disappointed by everything else. My favorite is the Burrata slice.

L’Industrie Pizzeria in the West Village absolutely deserves 5 stars. The hype is real! The line was long, but it moved quickly and was well worth the wait. We tried the Burrata slice, and it was incredible—crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and amazing flavor in every bite. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the pizza is cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere is lively, the staff is efficient, and even with the crowd, the service was excellent. Don’t skip the desserts either—the bomboloni were delicious.
If you’re in Manhattan and looking for some of the best pizza in NYC, L’Industrie is a must-visit. Highly recommended and definitely worth coming back for!

Often busy, with a line, quite packed inside. L industrie delivers a solid slice. If you happen upon this location without a line quite nice experience. Pizza is certainly fresh and a worthwhile take on the NY slice.

Great pizza but in a very busy store. Take the pizza next door at Talea and enjoy the pizza with beer

I can't deny the slices in here are excellent, just know they're pricey and seasoned with tiktok influencer cringe.
I’m pretty sure the fig jam and bacon slice is the best traditional slice I’ve ever had

Standing room type of joint, waits can be up to an hour (which is not worth it, imo), but the pizza is very good and they know what they're doing. Soft serve gelato is also quite good, if a little over priced. A lot of competition around, but L'induatrie is up there among the better pizzas in NYC.
