Although I went in shortly after 2 on a weekday, there was still quite a bit of a line but I didn't have to wait very long before ordering at the counter. The burrata pizza was delicious and rich in both the feeling and texture. Adding the spicy oil to the pizza made it taste even better. Tried the burrata slice and it was really tasty, rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Easily my favorite here and a must try if you visit. Be ready to wait for a minimum of 30 minutes
The pizza was absolutely outstanding some of the best I have ever had. The menu leans on classics in which they were elevated with impressive flavor perfect balance and quality ingredients. The food is fantastic but what truly sets this place apart is the service warm attentive and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.
