The value and quality here is so hard to beat, it's honestly a must visit and easily a 5/5. I left completely stuffed, drank two glasses of wine, and with the pre fixe spent $50 before tip which is just such an incredible value for this part of town and this dining experience. The food was delicious, service was prompt, restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was transportive. The food tastes good, but the service doesn’t hold up. The drinks are weak and they have started to charge for extra sauce (which is their saving grace btw). The atmosphere is always very loud and unwelcoming because they put people way too close together to feel comfortable. Add to this the price increases and penny pinching are what lost them the stara in my eyes.
Not worth the hype at all. The fries were not even as good as fast food spots, even putting salt on the fries it didn’t stick. They were limp and flavorless. The sauce is the biggest hype but it was very mediocre . The desserts seemed like they were left out too long or not in the fridge long enough, texture wasn’t good. Our server was sweet but the food was not worth the hype at all.
