The best spot to get potato momos in the city! It’s always a go-to when I’m in the area.

MOMOS were tasty! I also ordered The dumpling soup and the dumpling skin was a bit too thick for my liking. Service was great.

I had no idea that LHASA was so good. I love spiced food done well. I wish we had food like this in the Bronx where I live.

This is a really cool place. The decor is really pretty and tasteful and the seating is very comfortable. The service is very good. The guy working was very nice and gave us good suggestions on what to order. Would any of this matter if the food wasn't good? Good thing the food is delicious. We ordered a selection of items across the menu. All of them were delicious. I'd recommend ordering a selection like we did and sharing. The prices were good too. Really suggest the Thenthuk with pork. Great place! Will come again.

Really enjoyed trying Tibetan food. This place is super chill and we just popped in without reservation to try something new. Their butter tea was like nothing I’ve ever tried! The food is a bit on the spicy side, so let the waiter know if that will be an issue for you and he will offer modifications. Overall, I recommend this place for a casual night out when you want to be adventurous with your food

I went to Lhasa after I was late for a reservation at a nearby restaurant. I'm almost glad I was late because I got to try Tibetan food for the first time. My boyfriend and I shared some momos and the shoko khatsa (spicy potatoes) to start and both were tasty. For the entree, I got the bodhthuk, which was hearty with lots of noodles and veggies. The dish, however, was slightly bland, and I had to ask for extra soy sauce and hot sauce. When the meal was over, I ordered a chai. It was warm, comforting, and perfectly milk-y. The service was fast too.

Nice, clean space, that serves good Tibetan food. I just wanted to have a simple vegetarian meal, so I ordered the Mushroom momos, and Broccoli with rice. I would like to come back and have the lamb!

I had the vegetable momo combo and stir fried veggie thenthuk for takeout. I loved the variety of fillings in the momos and the spice of the noodles. This is a great choice for a quick lunch in East Village.

A gem! I actually saw this on my way to Momofuku & am so glad I stopped in. You immediately get a feel of how authentic it is, no frills & great customer service. We had the Thenthuk (veggie) & veggie momos. Everything tasted great & very reasonably priced. What really stood out was their dipping sauce, I'm a sucker for spice & they used peanuts, Kashmiri chilli, Szechuan peppers & a variety of spices. Def come by!
