They decorate for Christmas and it feels like you are in a snow globe šŸŽ„šŸŽ

This place had full decor. A little creepy on its own plus they were still decorated for Halloween with skeletons literally everywhere!
Food was good but portions a bit small for the price. We did afternoon tea and kind of expected more since it was $59 per person.

They have no vegetarian options. Also the waiter kept forgetting about us. When he finally came to us, we asked for seltzer water, it took 15min for water.. the whole atmosphere and food i isn't worth the money.

My friend and I decided to celebrate Halloween here šŸŽƒ The atmosphere is amazing, and there’s lots of themed decoration.
My order from the brunch menu and bar:
1. Lillie’s Salad šŸ„— + shrimps. Really liked it — highly recommend šŸ‘šŸ¼
2. New York Cheesecake. Wouldn’t get it again. Nothing special, and the cheese flavor was too strong — almost like smoked cheese.
3. Lillie’s Luscious Spritz šŸ¹ Delicious šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼
4. Beetlejuice cocktail šŸø It’s green and comes with popcorn! Cool presentation — served in a popcorn box šŸæ Super tasty!!!

A terrible excuse for a business.

Came with a group of 8 with a 2 hour reservation. It took forever for someone to come and ask if we needed anything. Then the service was extremely slow. The drinks themselves tasted good. The food was average, definitely not worth the price. The real issues arose at the end of the evening.

I asked for a drink. They got the order wrong then proceeded to say we could it for free. I didn’t drink it because that’s not what I wanted and I had a feeling they would try something. Waited 30 mins and still no new drink. When I called over the waiter she proceeded to act like I didn’t ask for the new drink and she said I could have it for free. Just straight up lied. She took the drink back. THEN before my correct drink came out the said it’s been two hours and they need the table back. I reminded them of the drink that should have been out 45 minutes ago.
I received the drink another 5-10 mins after that and they reminded us of then time.

THEN they couldn’t split the bill by item (fine that’s whatever slew should’ve asked before ordering). It was a simple 7 person split and somehow they messed that up too and one person didn’t pay.

This is just an incompetent establishment. The music was SOOOO loud. We couldn’t hear each-other at all. Food portions were small and subpar. Never going back or suggesting this place. Just terrible. If you see a short Hispanic woman with dark hair at the front as a greeter I’d leave. If there’s any issues with your order she’ll just gaslight you and make it seem like its was on you. The only redeeming quality was the atmosphere.

The food was good, but we have to
Wait 40 Minutes for the food
The atmosphere was perfect, so much Think to
Halloween. If the food had arrived faster it would have been better. I don't recommend it despite everything. Can you come just to have a drink at the bar

The decoration of the place is amazing, Halloween theme, my aunt wanted to go there because of it, and I get that, we should’ve read the menu before going, the food was bland not tasty at all, the drinks were really good tho! But our service wasn’t really that nice, we had to call somebody to take our order after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come to us? They weren’t even busy, it was around 5pm on a random Tuesday, and then when our food came we had to ask the server for salt and pepper? because the server never really came to check up our table? Place is great again, but service is bad, maybe it was just our experience?

Always love the experience at Lillie's. The food is ok, but nothing to rave about. Drinks are top notch!

This victorian inspired restaurant was very pleasant to the eyes. It really looks like you’re stepping back in time. I hear they offer an afternoon tea. I would like to come back and try that someday but we were here for dinner and it was wonderful. We had the lobster ravioli, and the steak and frites. Everyone we came in contact with was attentive and pleasant. They also have a full bar so I imagine they have a great cocktail hour or so.

The scenery was great but the food choices were not. The service was terrible. We had reservations for 7pm when we got there we were told the table was limited to 90 mins. The waitress was non existent pretty much the entire time. We had 2 other waiters wait on us between her coming to our table. I definitely would not recommend this place unless they change up the menu and get better service."
