Excellent food. This has to be one of the best street meat carts in the area. Try their Chicken Combo ($9) or Tariq's Special ($11). The samosas are authentic. The Biriyani is better than most Indian restaurants. I plan on going through the menu.Service. The two guys who man the cart are friendly, polite and efficient. You should order ahead - they get busy.Atmosphere - it's a NYC food cart.
