Delicious halal location of the famous NYC Korean chicken chain! If you’re looking for halal Korean chicken, I definitely recommend this spot.

I went for my birthday and I enjoyed every morsel of food I consumed. My brother and sisters treated me for my birthday. While I do think the food is overpriced, we left satisfied and couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the chicken was. The seafood boil was also yummy! The kimchi fries…exquisite. I’d never enjoyed fries so much before. The service was excellent! Staff checked on us periodically. Our food was brought to the table in a timely manner. I ordered a mojito which was well made. One of my sisters had a sangria which she enjoyed. I would definitely return. The “all you can eat” situation makes more sense and diners are not sold short. If you want to enjoy delicious Korean BBQ, Mad for Chicken Is definitely a great spot to checkout.

Mad for Chicken truly blew me away with their AYCE (All You Can Eat) seafood deal for $45.99! It’s an absolute feast that includes unlimited seafood like shrimp, mussels, squid, and clams, as well as a variety of other delicious items. From their tender and flavorful bulgogi to their signature crispy and savory chicken, every dish was perfectly prepared and so satisfying. There’s an impressive variety of sides and extras, ensuring everyone finds something to love.

The experience doesn’t stop at the food — the drinks are just $3 with the AYCE deal, which is an unbeatable value! Pairing the amazing food with such affordable drinks makes this spot a total win.

The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed. They kept the vibe fun and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.

Mad for Chicken is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Whether you’re a seafood lover or just looking for a great dining deal, this spot is a must-visit. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Friendly staff. Ordered #2 individual combo with 5 wings (4 drummetts and 1 wing) and parmesan truffle fries (+$2 over regular fries) Wings were moist, but not very meaty, the batter was more hard than crunchy, and a bit bland, not seasoned as well as most other Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) I've had. The fries had good flavor, but weren't hot when served.

I recently dined at Mad for Chicken in Manhattan, and it was an experience! I can’t leave out the fact that they also serve up a grand feast of seafood looking at their menu!
The restaurant specializes in Korean-style fried chicken, and it did kind of disappointed. I ordered the soy garlic chicken, which had the perfect balance of crispy exterior and a hard piece of chicken to bite through. The soy garlic sauce was sweet, savory, and had just the right amount of umami. I also tried their kimchi fries. The service was friendly and efficient. It could have been faster. The atmosphere was a vibe. You can sit outside and watch the game. Whether you’re a fried chicken enthusiast or just looking for something new.

Mad for Chicken is definitely worth a visit; but has its flaws!

If you want the best quality food for the price, this is the place to go! Big portion sizes, surprisingly for such a great price. We loved it all. And it's all halal!

I suggest the individual combo if you want to eat in one sitting. Everything else is massive 😱 but you will most likely have leftovers.

When I found that this place was **HALAL**, I knew I had to get here. The menu confirms that the food is certified halal. The place is so good. I got the Signature wings, size small, and my friend got the same. We got Soy Garlic sauce, Sweet and Spicy, and Serrano Chili. I wasn't a big fan of the Soy Garlic as it was a little salty and tangy which was not in my liking. The Sweet and Spicy was good, it was drenched in sauce (in a good way) and hot which is something to remember when ordering it. The Serrano Chili was personally my favorite of your looking for one that's less drenched in sauce but has a good amount of spice. This is a great spot for some lunch and the servers were polite.

Pros: friendly service, outdoor seating, several TV’s to watch the games . Crab legs were flavorful.

Cons: there seemed to be a language/knowledge barrier when I was asking a question about the crab legs. I was basically trying to ask them whether two clusters came with 1 pound order. If anyone is wondering, the answer is yes it does. The waitresses seemed to have a difficult time understanding my question. The crabs were small. We added noodles to ours. My friend and I also ordered wings. They never came out. It seemed like they were placing priority to the people who were dining outside enjoying the game on the TV’s. One waitress told me that it was taking a while because they were so busy, and then another waitress told me that she didn’t realize we ordered wings. My suggestion would be to read the order back to the customer to ensure accuracy. Also, if it is a popular sports night, maybe put more chefs on staff to ensure all paying customers can receive their food in a fair & timely manner.

Next time I come, I will just order wings because I really do want to try them. This place has great reviews and I’m sure the wings are delicious. I’m hoping for a better experience next time.
