I'm obsessed w/Malai's flavors particularly the Masala Chai and Sweet Roti. But for the love of God, please invest in a paper covering for all pints.
Truly delicious! Had a scoop of rose with cinnamon roasted almonds and a scoop of ginger root in a coconut cone. All super yummy and a really friendly staff!

Malai is one of the best ice cream spots with clean, high-quality ingredients. Fun flavours include pistachio / saffron soft serve, rose with cinnamon almonds, saffron pistachio, tulsi chocolate chip, and butterscotch butter pecan. Ginger was fresh and not too sweet; lychee was light and tasted just like the fruit. Seasonal flavors are creative and delicious, like Peda, Kaju Katli, Kheer, and Puran Poli for Diwali. The ice cream is fresh, delicious, and creamy with generous portions. Split scoops are available. The West Village location is warm and welcoming, a great clean, bright space with a few tables and seats. Check out their ice cream cakes, pints, ice cream cookies, and kulfis.
