It's so fun to eat food with your hands, and although the triangle folded up isn't the most practical shape for that, it still works. The vegan spinach is the best! Order to go or squeeze around one of the tables here. The desserts are phenomenal. Watch the steps on the way out!
Manousheh came up when I looked for options after seeing a movie at the IFC nearby. It's perfect if you are looking for something quick and tasty. Most of the offerings are based around the Lebanese bread, manoushe. Their website said the flatbread is sold all around Beirut. It's thicker than a pita and thinner than most pizza crusts and a little more doughy like the later. For a savory option I got the Jibneh, or cheese. A small Lebanese spot in the West Village that never disappoints! We have been several times and have tried most of the things on the menu, and love it all. Our go to is the Chicken Musakkhan! Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!
