The chef's perfectly balanced nigiri is a crowd-pleaser, and the melon with salt and lime zest provides a refreshing finish. The intimate, BYOB setting creates a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere, enhanced by the complimentary Kikusui sake and yuzu sake. Matsunori delivers a no-frills, yet exceptional omakase experience, with the only seating being a small 10-12 person sushi bar. The restaurant is a cozy, hole-in-the-wall spot that allows diners to enjoy the food and chefs on a personal level, with the fresh fish being mind-blowing. Matsunori is definitely worth the visit and is considered better than any Michelin-starred restaurant by some customers.
