It's a McDonald, so I am not expecting premium service. However, I do expect certain conditions to meet.
I did a quick search and found the below.
"Receipt paper is not considered food safe due to the presence of chemicals like bisphenol A (BPA) and bisphenol S (BPS) which are used in the thermal paper coating. These chemicals can be harmful to health when ingested, leading to issues such as reproductive problems, hormonal imbalances, and cardiovascular issues. Therefore, it is advised not to consume or ingest receipt paper as it poses health risks."

Feb 24 2025 approx 5:50 pm The Customer service was terrible. Part of my order was missing, and when I informed them about it, they looked at me as if I wasn’t trying to communicate about my order. They took their time bringing me my order while they were all grouped up, chatting, and not caring to help. When they finally assisted me, they had an attitude.
The only reason I might come back is that I believe the food is fresher compared to other places. However, the condiments, like the ketchup, are dirty and nasty. They don't wipe off the packets before placing them in other people's food bags. Overall, the staff seems more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs or addressing customer concerns.

On Monday 2/17/24 at 1:55am the crew member working at the time refused to let us use the bathroom even after we offered to pay via the app. He claims there was something blocking the pathway to the bathroom but I didnt see any and as I continued to watch he came out to put a table in front after the fact we asked to use the bathroom. Extremely below morale, rude, spiteful and disrespectful.

Food is okay, but they have roaches. So, be careful. Also, (not necessarily a bad thing) but a lot of homeless make this location their refuge. Some will just come and sit, some will yell loudly demanding food etc.
Biggest thing for me is the roaches.

I went 5 days to this Mc Donalds place afther 5 pm and I bought the "Chicken Big Mac" the sandwich taste pretty good but this Mc Donalds place did not look appealing to eat there where the back side of this place was closed where you couldn't sit there and eat you only could sit in the front side of the restaurant, there was no seats for me to eat there in the front side because they where all taken only by alot of young teenage looking students or young teenage looking kids where one of these teenagers had his girlfriend sitting on his lap, the garbage trash cans needed to be cleaned because garbage and paper where on top of the garbage cans, there was smoke in the air of this place, this place looked like it needed some cleaning to do because it looked gross, it smelled bad like if something contaminated was in this place, the employee was kind of polite, for me eating in this place was not appealing and was a gross moment

The Spanish manager dressed in black seems very coked up this morning at 5:00am. Check his mannerisms. Dropped food on the floor and put it back with the other food that is clean. 5:13 am to serve the food to other ppl.
