This McD is in a really bad area so there are always really unsavory people hanging outside trying to loiter inside . However the security does do it's best to keep the riff raff away. Not so easy on 125th & Lexington. It has a 1.25 ATM which is pretty cheap so it gets points for that! Sometimes the staff goes a bit overboard about the time you spend in there. Not the greatest but im sure not the worst.
I understand that they were low staffed because of the pandemic, but it took too long to get the small order I made. And the supervisor or who ever it was that was making the frozen drinks spend most of his attention demeaning the girl handing out food, constantly telling her to make sure to give out straws, drinks, the right food, etc. If he thought she was so incompetent, why was she dealing with the food while he was taking his time on the blender.

Employees are always playing around and the location is not the best!! I still go there sometimes when I feel like I'm not in a rush and have extra patience but I much prefer the one in Lenox
