Best ramen in the city. Ate here 3x a week for a year
Basic ramen was buttery delicious and the roast pork was tender
As good if not better than your average spot IN Japan. Ask me how i know! ;)
Nothing compares to Minca!
genuinely one of my favorite ramen places!!! it’s so good, and the staff is so friendly. i have a lot of allergies and can’t eat pork but it’s okay here, such a comfort food. i had a first date here yesterday and it was amazing, i will be back again and again trust🫶🏼

Minca, has been my favorite ramen spot for over 15 years. It’s no-nonsense, cozy ambience, friendly staff, and perfect soul food ramen won over my heart! I used to live nearby and sometimes ate here twice a week 😂. I eventually moved to Brooklyn but still make it a point to visit Minca because after all these years, I still crave it! 😍🤤🍜

Happened to come by yesterday for some great ramen! The atmosphere is just like the hole-in-the-wall restaurants in my hometown + the food is great

Such an underrated spot. Exact tsukemen broth as Okiboru House of Ramen for 5 bucks less. Only thing is instead of the usual runny egg they give half of a boiled egg but the rest of the dish tastes up to par with what I consider the gold standard of tsukemen. The service was good as well. This place is cash only which is slightly problematic if you don’t carry much cash but otherwise this is top tier ramen

This has been my favorite ramen spot for about 10 years now. To start, the staff are absolutely amazing! My favorite server will recognize me and my boyfriend and will even ask about some of my family members that I’ve brought throughout the years. The ramen is absolutely amazing. Their thick noodles are so fresh and the perfect consistency. It genuinely is my favorite ramen ever and they have remained consistent for over a decade, which is hard to expect from a restaurant.

Some of the best ramen in Manhattan. A small place that gives very traditional vibes.
