Good food. The only thing we weren’t happy about is that they charged us 20% tip for a party of two which was surprising and not told ahead of time. I’m usually ok with tipping myself - service was not great for a 20% tip water was served just the one time- they were busy . I’m not sure if it was because we were tourist but not too happy about it tbh. Good food though

The food is good but the lady at the front is extremely rude. Harassing people saying “why don’t not you tip more?. “ That little tip?” “Is it cause you don’t like the food?” Extremely rude service. She was practically forcing us to tip more but we just left🤷🏻♂️ Mind you, we still left a tip. But I guess not to her liking? Tips aren’t even mandatory. Won’t come here again.

The food was great, but the service was awful. After I paid, I decided to leave a tip that I felt matched the quality of the service. As I was leaving, the lady stopped me and told me the tip was not enough. Tipping is not mandatory, and speaking to customers like that is rude. I will not be coming here again.

I came here with a friend for an early dinner. The food was decent but the service was terrible. When we went to the front to pay, we asked for 2 separate checks and they couldn’t separate it because they can only do 2 separate cards only. I didn’t mind it until I went out to leave a custom tip. MIND YOU, service wasn’t even all that good but still wanted to leave tip. The lady at the register then starts arguing with me saying was the food not good or the service and lean down to say “excuse” and proceeds to argue that I have only 15%-20% to tip ONLY. Just to cut it short, i scratched out the tip I left and said then you’re not getting no tips. As I was walking out, she then says “OH MY GOODNESS ?!” And almost follows me and my friends to the door.
Just a reminder for the business. Don’t harass your guest to tip more if the service isn’t the best (mostly the lady that tried to follow me out) Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Food here tastes good, but the service workers will stop you at the door and tell you it is mandatory to give them more than 15% in tip. Meanwhile they do not check in, or refill waters, and will rudely ask you to correct a tip to at least 15% before you leave. Their explaination is that we HAVE to tip and tip the minimum 15% when I told them that we had paid for the food, and left an optional 11% tip because that was what we had at the time. Mind you, service was so absent that we couldn’t flag down our waiter for the bill, and ended up walking to the register to pay the bill.
Also, the tables are dirty and there are flies everywhere.
Just be wary of this before coming here.

Sometimes plenty of seating, sometimes there's a little wait. Food is lacking traditional flavors here and there but is closer than some other Viet restaurants.

Great vietnamese food. I had the pho with meatballs. The meatballs were delicious. They had a chewy bouncy texture. The calamari was fresh and chewy as well. I love that it came with carrots and jicama that were soaked in lime and sugar. The restaurant is bigger than it looks

I’ve only got phos here before, but I needed something quick this time and got a pork Banh-mi. It took 10-12 minutes and around ~$15. It was huge and delicious, enough for 2 people. There was a generous amount of pork and sauce. Best Banh-mi I’ve had.
