A true hidden gem in Midtown! It’s a very discreet place and the only reason I know about it is because a friend brought here.Our entire experience was top tier. We had the miso hot pot with beef intestines, oden (turnips and beef tendon), grilled mackerel, and the warm Hakkaisan special junmai. The hot pot and oden had a strong umami flavor and the fish was incredibly crispy on the outside. The sake tasted rich and creamy. Overall a very enjoyable izakaya experience!
