I really enjoy this omakase. The chef is friendly and they always remember my preferences (and I admit, I have a few preferences). Both times I've gone, it's been delicious and fresh.
We had the perfect meal and overall great dining experience at the Omakase Shihou (Shiro) restaurant in Midtown. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and really reminds me of Omakase restaurants that I have visited when I was traveling in Tokyo on business. We had 19 courses and all of the ingredients were extremely fresh, tasty and excellently prepared right in front of us. The Omakase Chef was very skilled and each course was artistically assembled and perfectly seasoned....
