Amazing view for NYC. Nice atmosphere and service.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Our waitress actively ignored us and served a Caucasian family seated next to us, she added additional items we did not order to our bill and to top it off, the valet, which was $45, told he we needed to find out own car. There was a lot of false pretense, mediocre food, and poor service. Everything was substandard except for the view. The manager tried to help rectify the situation, but the service is horrible.
