Loved visiting the Tim building. My friend loves this bakery because she is obsessed with the key lime pie there. It was delicious! I got the hazelnut cake and that so decadent. Highly recommend
Design success. The market is a well designed “themed” commercial effort which caters mostly to the tastes of the local rich but doesn’t actually create a sense of exclusivity or snobbery. The public atmosphere was fun and exciting as all nicely designed places should do. The interior designers here clearly earned their keep. The pain au raisin and cortisone was nice enough but nothing to go out of your way for. The service was friendly. With a few minor spots of untidiness...
Very good bakery. Croissant was right on with texture and flavor for American. Have not try the real French style, so I can’t tell. Baguettes is nicely baked and texture is just right, not to dense or chewy. Wished it could warmed up for eating on the spot.
