I have been visiting Starbucks in other states to compare. This place has a nice atmosphere and they are patient and helpful. They are very clean and will clean up messes as they are made. Very nice!!! I will drop by again during all my trips here!!
Extremely slow, waited 15 mind and my coffee never came out. Had to leave so couldnt really talk to the overworked staff about it. Def should staff more mindfully dor Monday morning in Finanical District than just 2 baristas
Barista Theresa was probably the sweetest in the company. I was in town for three days and she treated me like I was a Daley regular and knew my drink when I walked in the door. Total pro. Genuine kindness.

Another reviewer mentioned a favorite cashier who remembered a customized cappuccino order for about 10 years. For a midday drop in, it is a sleeper for getting work done in a chilled atmosphere.
