The food took so long to come out and the service was so poor. The waiter kept forgetting about us and half of our meal was ice cold. We had 2 tables near us that came in after us and left way before we did

Their chicken breast, mash potatoes with broccoli extremely SALTY last few times I ordered like half a jar of salt put in. Today order chicken Marsala with rigatoni normal. Fried calamari was small pieces and portion was let’s not talk about that. In the past this place was good not sure what’s going on. The lead managers need to do quality control be for food sent out for delivery.

Amazing Italian food....the night before we are here we were in the famous but horrible north end of boston at thier number 1 Italian spot and Parsys blew them away patsy made this top ranked boston joint look like the olive garden, everything we had a Patsy was delicious the beat salad in a long time, the buccitinni carbora was a 11 out of 10 and there pizza was the best we had in the city and we were there for the open and my wife loves pizza on the run and patsy was the best in NY and Boston...my only negative thing was the US open was on the Joker vs Fritz and they didn't have espn on their TV to watch...lol so if that the worse they did they are in good shape bc most of the Italian food we ate before them was no better than wet noodles and ketchup...

Eggplant Parm was pretty good. The white pie pizza HUGE miss for $25. Had no flavor, would’ve rather the crust more. Had to add salt, black pepper, red pepper, parm for it to be edible.

Would be nice if their attitude was better like their other locations, came here cuz of the name and didn’t even seat down with how rude the waiter/host were. Glad I left before it worst, next time I’ll stick to the other locations. No wonder this one was empty.

Just went to The restaurant tonight after a while. Since last experience wasn’t so good, we (3 people) figured we give it another shot .
Absolutely the Lowest level of service I have had in a very long time.
Our waiter had zero time after taking the order and serving drinks to have the food on table in time. One of our course had to be asked three times before arriving on the table since everyone was about to be finished with there meal.
After meal and 20% standard tips ( which none deserve) not a word on the way out courtesy wise like, have a good night or see you soon or sorry we messed up!
I do a lot of restaurant on a monthly basis and I will certainly never go back again. Everyone I know will get a thumbs down 👎 from ever going there again also.
Manager and specially the waiter should find another hobby right away.

Pasta is a bit pricey, but so good. I had a sudden urge for pasta, so I skipped the pizza. The portion was generous, and the sauce was so moreish. Not overly fancy, just hearty comfort food.

My son got a pizza and allowed me only one bite! I need to get me some pizza next time!!

The decor has an old-school charm. Service was friendly and laid-back, one of the servers noticed the boys trying to watch the game on his tv, so he quietly swivelled the screen so they could see. It was a small gesture but made the kid's day! Thank you

This should be iconic NY pizza. Instead it was too crunchy (more Roman than Neapolitan). If you picked up a slice it didn’t flop. No need to fold. And if you did it crunched. Any NYer would know that is just plain wrong!

So the oven was too hot. And you can tell because just below the topping it was doughy. Basically undercooked.

I didn’t make a fuss since I was out with my daughter who was too jet lagged and just wanted food.

Pasty’s (at least the Brooklyn branch) is meant to be one of the better pizza restaurants in NY. What’s going on when you can get a street-side slice which is better? Massive fail.
Avoid.
