The woman behind the counter worked the day of the blizzard with no help in site and handling coffee customers who had nowhere else to go. She should be given an award, if not a bonus for working on a day like today.
The lattes are great but the pastries are pretty much always dry or slightly stale. I do really like the decor though and it feels very cozy so I still am a repeat customer for the coffee and ambiance. They have free wifi and a few power outlets but note: no laptops are allowed on the weekends. There’s also no bathroom which is a bummer. It can get pretty crowded so honestly like half the time I can’t find a seat.
The place is so cute and has European vibes but the service is poor. I am getting my coffee here every weekend. I ordered large Americano yet I got a small one, twice in a row. I am not going to complain to the barista aka the cashietlr as she seems overworked and unfriendly, but there are a lot of other options nereby. The baklava is really bad and soaky but not in a good way.
