A hidden gem on the UWS! The lunch omakase is less than $40, and even the premium omakase is only around $60 including tip. Honestly, that’s cheaper than many regular restaurants in NYC, especially for omakase.
The sushi was great, the staff were super friendly, and the service was excellent. Amazing value for the price. Definitely coming back!

The fish was exceptionally high quality, the sushi rice was incredible, and every detail felt genuinely authentic. From the encouragement to eat with your hands to the no-tipping policy, the entire experience felt thoughtful and refreshingly unpretentious. I stumbled upon what feels like a truly authentic sushi experience tucked away on the Upper West Side.
