I'm very sad that I do not work in Midtown East any longer to stroll down to Pennylane and enjoy a pick-me-up Chai Latte. I can't seem to find reasonable alternatives anywhere near where I currently work. The atmosphere was always comfortable, even during rush hour in the morning, and they always had a nice sign outside with a pleasant quote or message about the day.

I really liked the calm atmosphere of this coffee place after a long week. Most importantly, liked the coffee taste with a reasonable priced lattes. So glad that they offer variety of milk options including oat and almond milk. I want to try their truffle oil mushroom paninis as the aroma coming from the oven was so nice. But I was too full from large breakfast to try it. next time! The holiday flare donuts are cute and yummy! glad I found this hidden gem in Grand Central!
