Ousmane is the best worker I have seen in any Subway hands down. He went above and beyond to make my sandwich and his customer service skills were unmatched. He deserves a raise! The other customer in the store also told him “you’re doing amazing”! He changed the experience for the better! Thank you ❤
Outstanding services
TRAINING! I know people are too focused on phones but when a customer comes in you need to either get off your phone or stop talking to who ever it is. I told him what I wanted & he got the bread. Then looked at me. So I repeated my order & the 2 ingredients I wanted. He put the protein on my bread & waited. So I told him my 2 ingredients again & he put on the mayo & looked at me & I said again a little lettuce & that's it & walked to the cash register to pay. This whole time...read full review
