Location: 205 East 42nd Street, NY, NY - Great customer service!
Over the past several months, the team at this location has improved significantly. The service is much more welcoming, and staff now acknowledge regular guests and are helpful when questions come up.
Special kudos to the morning team—my preordered coffee is often ready a few minutes early, which is greatly appreciated during busy mornings.
