Service was good, and the ambience of the hotel was great—perfectly located right across the street from Central Park. I ordered a cheeseburger and I enjoyed it. The food is a bit overpriced, but I understand that’s expected for the area.
Went here for my birthday dinner celebration. Good customer service by Massimo, one of their servers. I gave their food a 3-star: the lobster roll filling is a little cold and you can tell that it’s not freshly made, and the inside of the ravioli was dry. Branzino was good though.
We got caught in traffic and missed the last seating by a minute or two. I was looking forward to the food and was a little sad buuuuut....... this review is for Phillipe and Phillipe ONLY!!!! I can't thank him enough for being so understanding!! It was my birthday and he still made sure my friend and I had time to take some photos and also accompanied us to the bar/lounge where there was a live performance and the singer sang a song to me! Thank you Phillipe!!!!!!!
